Top up
service
Annual refresh for sand pits, rubber mulch beds, and other loose-fill surfaces. Most daycares book a top-up once a year to keep fall zones compliant, sand pits clean, and play areas looking inviting.
Why Top Up Matters
Loose-fill settles.
We refresh it on schedule.
Fresh sand for pits
Kid-grade play sand, washed, dust-low, and certified for licensed play environments. We pull old contaminated sand, clean the box, and refill to depth in a single visit.
Rubber mulch refills
Fall zones lose depth as mulch compacts and migrates. We measure existing depth, top up to your CSA-required height, and rake the surface even before we leave.
Scheduled around you
Daycares book us once a year, usually in spring or late summer. We arrive early, work the windows that fit your operations, and leave the yard ready for the next playtime.
Depths documented
Every top-up visit ends with a written depth report and photos for your licensing file. Hand it to your inspector or your board with no extra work on your end.

Who It's For
Who books a yearly top-up.
Licensed daycares
Almost every Ontario daycare we work with runs an annual sand refresh as part of their licensing prep: fresh sand, documented depths, and a clean pit.
K–12 schools
Board procurement allows us to bundle multiple yards into one visit window. Summer top-ups land before September drop-off without disrupting the year.
Parks & municipal
Township and regional yards run multi-site contracts. We move through your park list on schedule and submit consolidated depth reports per CSA.
